3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA / UK)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing personal data are:
- Contract — processing necessary to deliver services you have requested.
- Legitimate interests — analytics, fraud prevention, and direct marketing to existing contacts.
- Consent — marketing emails and non-essential cookies where required.
- Legal obligation — complying with applicable law.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep our site functioning and to understand how it is used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or any cookie preference tool on our site.
- Essential cookies — required for the site to work. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand traffic and usage patterns (e.g., aggregated page-view data). We do not sell this data.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers — vendors who help us operate the site and deliver services (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics), bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Business transfers — if Mozart Works is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mozart Works, our customers, or others.
- With your consent — in any other circumstance where you have given explicit consent.
We do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See the "SMS/Text Messaging" section below for details.
6. SMS/Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from Mozart Works (through our web form, a QR code, or by texting us), we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive messages. We use this information to send account-related messages such as alerts, approval requests and confirmations, account-activity and security notifications, and account status updates.
No sharing of mobile opt-in data
No mobile information (including your phone number) or SMS consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subprocessors (such as our messaging provider, Twilio) strictly to deliver the messaging service, and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
